Seminole Forest deed restrictions require adjacent neighbors to be notified of planned improvements. Please provide all four neighbors’ contact information below.

ACC Requests

Architectural Control Committee requests — submit digitally, no paperwork required. Most requests are reviewed within 30 days.

How ACC Review Works

Governed by the Seminole Forest deed restrictions — here to keep the neighborhood looking its best for everyone.

Submit Your Request

Fill out the form below with your project details, timeline, and any contractor information. The more detail, the faster we can review.

Board Review

The VP/President and Secretary review your request against the deed restrictions. Most decisions are made within 30 days.

Decision by Mail

You’ll receive written approval or denial. Approved projects may begin immediately. Questions can be directed to the board at any time.

What Requires ACC Approval?

Exterior changes including fences, sheds, additions, driveways, roofing, siding, paint color changes, pools, and any new permanent structures.

What Doesn’t Need Approval?

Interior renovations, landscaping (non-structural), repainting the same color, and routine repairs and maintenance.

Timeline

The board aims to respond within 30 days. Submit your request well before your planned start date. Work begun without approval may require removal.
