Filing fees, deed restriction enforcement, insurance, and the costs of keeping the association in good standing.

The annual block party, holiday lighting contest, Welcome Committee gift baskets for new neighbors, and more.
Communications
This website, newsletters, and any mailings the board sends to keep residents informed year-round.
When are dues due?
Annual dues of $50 per household are due by September 1st each year. Statements are mailed in August.
What happens if I’m late?
Dues unpaid after October 1st may be subject to a late fee as specified in the association bylaws. Contact the board if you have a hardship situation â we’re neighbors first.
Are dues mandatory?
Yes. Per the Declaration of Covenants & Restrictions, all Seminole Forest homeowners are members of the association and are assessed annual dues. See the governing documents for full details.
